The peaceful Muslim community of Venice has been evicted from its mosque by a charming hairdresser who turns it into a beauty salon. A young and callow Afghan Imam is then called to help regain the place of worship. Every awkward attempt comically fails, but the community will find a place and some help from someone unexpected.
