The world seen from the perspective of the main protagonist makes us realize how easily people become accustomed to the changing reality. After 15 years behind the prison walls, Piotr goes on his first leave. He is entitled to three days of freedom, which turn out to be very intense. At every turn Piotr is surprised by the world around him, which has undergone considerable change over this period. So has he, which he realizes visiting his sister.
Biography/Filmography:
Lukasz Borowski, graduated from Law, Polish National Film School in Lodz and Andrzej Wajda Master School of Film Directing. Worked as an editor and director's assistant on several documentary and feature films. Was a director of photography of "Head down, legs up" - feature film presented on Era New Horizons International Film Festival and Gdynia Polish Film Festival.
