The main character, “Albert”, gets lost in the seductive world of pretty packages. When his frivolous fantasy turns into a nightmare he discovers a different world behind the facade of the supermarket.
Biography/Filmography:
Born in 1979, Johan Klungel studied illustration at academie Minerva in Groningen. After an internship at animationstudio Lawson & Whatshisname in Amsterdam, he graduated in 2004 with his first animated short, Fauna Sutra, that won several awards. Since 2004 he has been working as a freelance animator and illustrator. He directed many episodes for Sesame Street Holland. In 2012 he finished his latest short “Super”.
