Silvia, a Roman 35 years old taxi driver, is a lively, funny and independent woman. Nevertheless, or maybe because of this, she hasn’t found her soul mate yet. Every man she meets turns out to be a letdown. Her friends Paola tries in vain to get her to marry. One day Silvia accidentally runs into the Dreamlove, a weird, unique Agency which lets its customers live a perfect love story in their dreams. Silvia lets herself tempted by this dream love story, but the dream soon becomes a nightmare with no way out.
Alessandro Capitani (Ortebello, 1980) got his degree at the Literature and Philosophy University of Bologna. He got his diploma at the Experimental Centre of Cinematography of Rome with the short movies “L’occasione” and “L’uomo dei sogni”, both co-produced by the Experimental Centre Production and Rai Cinema. Alberto Mascia (Arzignano, 1978) got his degree at the Communication Sciences University of Padua in 2006. In 2009 got his diploma at the Experimental Centre of Cinematography of Rome. He won the “Fernaldo Di Giammatteo” prize in 2006, when he also published “Alla ricerca del senso”, a monography about the Coen brothers, for the Cadmo publishing.
