Jean-Bernard Marlin was born on November 18th, 1979. He grew up in Marseille, then moved to Paris where he started studying film. After he graduated from the Ecole Louis Lumière and the FEMIS Screenplay Workshop, he wrote and realised the short film La Peau Dure (2007), which was selected for a large number of international festivals. La Fugue is is second short film. He is currently completing a documentary film and writing his first feature.
