"Antica Trattoria Ballotta" is a local symbol of Padua at the table. From the kitchens of the historic local Carromatto away, leaving many of those dishes that over the centuries have been the heritage "poor"(but so rich) food traditions of our province. From Padua to the chicken rice and peas, from the bigoli Torresano roast duck.
