When my Grandpa turned 100-years-old he came to live with us. He used to sit at the place where we could once see the sea, only that Grandpa was a whale. He set there all day long, drinking his tea and hiding the sea.
Biography/Filmography:
A graduate of the ‘Bezalel’ Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem, Sivan Kidron is an accomplished animator and illustrator. Sivan studied in the Edinburgh College of Art and her work was presented in exhibitions and festivals in Israel. She resides and works in Jerusalem. Filmography: 2011 - ‘BLUE WHALE’ (Graduation film) – screenings: Animix – International Animation, Comics, and Caricature Festival, Tel Aviv Haifa International Film Festival 2008 - ‘SHADOWSTORM’ – runner up at the advertising company ‘Mighty Small’ competition, Edinburgh 2008 - ‘SHWARTZE’ – screened in ‘Jewish Eye’, a World Jewish Film Festival, Ashkelon (Israel)
