In a world only apparently far away from that we live in, everyday children change the name to their toys, change the name to their dreams and grow up quickly. They cannot choose and sometimes they have to make mistakes. Habibi is a journey through the memories of a man back to his childhood.
Davide Del Degan (Trieste, 1968) graduated in Political Sciences at the University of Trieste. He started working as a cameraman and an editor, then as an assistant to direction and to production for many filmmaking productions. Since 2000 he has been studying at the Drama Acting Center in Ljubljana and since 2002 he has been collaborating with various filmmaking production companies and agencies as a director of documentaries, short movies and theatre productions. He is the author of short movies such as Favola Zingara (2009), Il prigioniero (2007), Interno 9 (2004).
