Silence burdens the soul of Chiara, an untamed eighteen years old girl, in a old farmhouse. Tommaso, her beloved grandfather, lies in her parents’ bed, dead. The family is going to the conformist farewell parade. Chiara rises against the dull representation of pain and established rules . Due to the pain for the loss, she finds the courage to wear clothes that really fit her. She faces death by giving silence the sense of paradox.
