Hanna Korszla is a caregiver who lives in Salento with Gina and Antonio; she constantly looks after the elderly man, who is over eighty and suffers from the Alzheimer’s disease. Violka is Hanna’s daughter, she is nineteen and unemployed. Their lives interweave and they end up by exchanging their roles in taking care of ‘Ntoni. So Hanna can come back to Poland and finally see her family again, but she has to face the difficulties of the past and those of the present, while Violka, now a baby-caregiver, has to measure herself with a stay which is far from being a holiday.
