Against the background of the dissapearance of the village of Otzenrath, which has to make way for a coal mine, the story is told of two teenagers

On the Academy of Art in Antwerp (Belgium) he laid contact with different kinds of artists. Here he spended most of his time developing photographs and making short abstract films.
On the Academy of Film in Amsterdam he developed an own style, which comes to a close line of documentary and fiction. He graduated in 2006 with the film Otzenrath, last day, which he wrote, produced and directed.
