What is Predappio’s role in the imagery of today’s Italy? Why is the Duce’s city still the destination of nostalgic visits and rituals that couldn’t take place anywhere else? The film explores the first city that was given a new fascist foundation. A strongly symbolic place described in direct immersion, both during the new fascists’ meetings and in the everyday reality of a provincial town.
