What happens after an abandon? The one who stays, in the pain of the empty house, fills it with images and questions. In the routine gestures of the washing up, fragments from the past intersect instants of the present. 1503 pictures to examine one’s own life and coming out from the nothing that has invaded it.

Giovanna Nazarena Silvestri (Roma, 1972), who has always been interested in the filmic language, in 1992 founds the GPC CORPORATION, producing many short films and experimental videos, like “L'Annunciazione” (1993), “Fibrillazione d'Amore” (1996), “La Regola del Gioco” (2001), “La Divina” (2003) and “Leicera” (2005).
