Robbie Byrne completed his animation degree in the Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology, Dublin, Ireland in 2005 after which he worked as an animator in Dublin until he began production on “Charred and Feathered”. It is his first film as a director. Rory Byrne graduated from IADT in 2005 with a degree in animation. His graduate film “Blind Man’s Bop” screened in competition at the Galway Film Fleadh and Feile Beochan Kilkenny Animation Festival in 2005. “Charred and Feathered” is his first professional film as a director. Ronan McMeel studied animation at IADT Dun Laoghaire in Dublin. After graduating in 2005 he worked on various projects as a development artist at Barley Films until beginning work on his first film as a director “Charred and Feathered”.
