How do six workers – coming from very different social and geographic backgrounds – cope with the reality of construction sites in Veneto? This documentary film tries to represent their complex experiences listening to their voices and describing their everyday work.

Filippo Meneghetti (Abano Terme, 1980) graduates in Anthropology at the University “La Sapienza” of Rome and obtains a diploma in cinematographic direction at the Nuct in Cinecittà. He has been working for several years as an assistant director in independent productions. “Maistrac” is his first documentary.
